HHS tennis teams excel in regional tournaments

Girls
The girls team won their 8th straight regional team title. Freshman Meredith Laskey won the singles championship. Junior Hannah Laskey and 8th grader Lexi Herman defeated fellow Bluebird teammates sophomore Abby Herman and 8th grader Sarah Hoffmann to win the doubles championship. The team advances to the sectional tournament this Saturday at NKU.

Boys
Congratulations to the boys tennis team on their 1st place finish in the 10 region tournament. Seniors Atlee Mitchell and Aran Coughlan were runners-up doubles champions, and for the second year in a row, the singles championship went to senior Drew Freyberger. Good luck to the team as they compete in the Sectional Tournament this Saturday at Tower Park.
