There are many fun & wonderful things happening in December. You and your family might celebrate the holidays in ways that are very different from other familes. For example, my family eats Wendy's for Christmas Eve dinner (sitting by the fireplace so our frosties melt pretty quickly and we eat fast) because one year my mom was working at the hospital and my dad wanted us to eat dinner together and the only thing he could find open was Wendy's. The tradition stuck and now 25 or more years later, we still eat Wendy's. That's a tradition that's very special to me and my family! We also put up our tree on a Sunday in December based upon something at our church.

What traditions does your family have? How do you celebrate the exciting holidays of December? Why do you do the things you do?
