The Library Media Center is open Monday through Thursday from 7:00 am - 3:45 pm. In order to come to the library at 7:15 am, students must go to the office and get a pass. On Friday, the library closes at 2:45.
Students are scheduled to come to the Library Media Center through their Language Arts classes. Most students visit the library every other week to check out a book. Students may also come to the library on library pass which they can get from a teacher.
In addition, students are allowed to check out two books at a time for a period of two weeks. If a student happens to return a late book, he or she will be charged .10 a day for each day the book is late. Once the book is returned, the fine stops increasing. Fines are capped at $2. Also, if a student has a late book, he or she may not check out a book until the fine is resolved.
