FollettShelf Part 1: Getting Started on your Computer

This would be the perfect way to read a book at home, share an ebook as a class, using your Smarboard, or in a computer center.  For computer centers, I suggest you have the ebook up and ready for students to use.  You can also download the FollettShelf Digital Reader Desktop App so that you can read offline (click on the underline words for directions).  To use the Desktop App, checkout the Quick Guide (click underline words to view).

FollettShelf Part 2: Using the Interactive Features

Some of these features would be an excellent tool for formative assessment in centers or during student reading time.  There are also a few features that would really help your struggling readers.
