Highlands High School has selected Samantha Reynolds as the varsity Dance coach. Reynolds is a 2nd grade teacher at Woodfill Elementary School.
Reynolds’ experience is extensive as well as impressive. She is currently the NKU Dance Team head coach. A Cincinnati Ben-Gal cheerleader since 2016, Reynolds has served as captain for four of those years, and was a Pro Bowl cheerleader in 2020.
Her dance experience includes three years on the NKU Dance Team. Additionally, she was the HHS JV dance coach for one year and the HMS dance coach for two years.
“The Highlands’ dance program is unmatched in its performance caliber, athlete commitment, and parent involvement. Highlands is home for me, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the opportunity to lead the program that built me. It is truly an honor to be returning to the nest. Go Birds!” said Reynolds.
“I’m very excited to welcome back Samantha to Highlands,” said Wes Caldwell, Highlands High School athletic director. “She brings a world of dance knowledge along with professional experience that we were looking for. I can’t wait to see her interact with our student athletes. The future is bright for Highlands’ Dance.”
